Somewhere in 1994 rising out of the smoke and ruins of groups such as BAD INTENTIONS, RENEGADE GYPSY and TANTRUM were two road seasoned Rockers standing back to back reflecting on their past musical endeavors. They were questioning the path they had been trudging down. Trying to leave a contribution to their trade, but not fade into obscurity with the revolving door of past musicians. The two blood brothers of many moons, Roger (The Doctor) Morningstar and Carlton (Buck) Taylor crossed paths with an estranged guitar player from VOODOO KISS named John Went. Thus the creation of LOCK & LOAD
