Nicky Zimmer, the doyenne of minimal techno, is set to drop her lastest on October 15.
The release, Brazilian collaborator Tech Stans "Deeper Relax" is a dark but thoroughly enjoyable cut featuring bassy spoken word vocals that will intoxicate the listener. The originals minimal, austere mix is a worthy introduction to the funky, 4/4 histrionics of Southern Lights Alan Prosser. His remix gets into your head and enslaves your booty. A very nice groove that elevates to lunar heights perfectly complements the vocals.
Netherlands Johnstar turns up the heat with his tribal, deep tech romp. As part of esteemed Team Fedde Le Grand and also releasing on Toolroom Records, Johnstar knows his way around a rough and ready groove. Funky heads like myself will immerse themselv...
